The Opportunity

As the developer from inception through tenant occupancy, this two-story 42,300 square feet medical office building consists of tenants of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority (97%) and Hawthorne Drugs, LLC.

How Sageworth Delivered

Sageworth established the ownership, acquired the site and financing, engaged and managed all project vendors in the planning, design, and construction process, and solicited and executed lease transactions with the tenants.

The Sageworth Difference

The actual project cost savings totaled $468,000 less than the original project budget.  In addition, the project was delivered complete nine months from site acquisition through tenant occupancy.  The Sageworth Team continues to provide property management services and brokerage services for the building.
