The Opportunity
As the building owner and developer, Sageworth worked alongside a three-unit restaurant group, based in the Charleston, South Carolina area searching to expand their custom brand of southwest style cuisine and atmosphere to the Charlotte area.
How Sageworth Delivered
Through a nine-month process of land acquisition, design and construction, and tenant fixturing, 37 SOL Southwest Kitchen opened for business on December 1, 2017. The extensive amount of “start-to-finish” activities for a specialty, custom restaurant in a nine-month period clearly qualifies this project as a fast-track success!
The Sageworth Difference
With very little design standards and several concept ideas, Sageworth worked diligently alongside the design team and 37 SOL to develop a concept that met the Tenant’s Southwest style vision, while meeting the Charlotte Premium Outlets design standards and local municipality design code requirements.
